Your employees and their families and friends are interested in becoming members of your community so we create opportunities for them to first ask simple questions to take care of their basic needs within the community and then we guide them towards building relationships within the community through vocabulary, scenarios and discussions related to family, free time/vacations, U.S. history, and U.S. traditions.  While they are focused on learning about our culture, we focus on improving their grammar and pronunciation so our community members can understand them and enjoy talking to them.

As a result, of our curriculum our learners:

  • Become valued members of the community 

  • Create positive feelings within both communities

    • These positive feelings lead to:

      • a desire to stay in the community and dairy longer

      • the ability to recruit new like-minded employees

      • the dairy's ability to expand its operation
