  • In addition, your employees and their families are members of your community and they want to take advantage of all that your community offers but they may be nervous or lack the communication skills to be able to do that .   So we create opportunities for them to first ask simple questions to take care of their basic needs within the community and then we guide them towards building relationships within the community through vocabulary, scenarios and discussions related to family, free time/vacations, U.S. history, and U.S. traditions.  While they are focused on learning about our culture, we focus on improving their grammar and pronunciation so our community members can understand them and enjoy talking to them.
